Healthy (and Delicious!) Cookie Dough Recipe

This healthy cookie dough is the perfect afternoon snack, dessert, or smoothie bowl topper. It’s perfect for those who are on a calorie deficit diet because it only come out to about 133 calories! To top it off, it is only 5 ingredients. If you have an allergy to any of the ingredients, please let me know in the comments and I will tell you what you can replace it with.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon of oats
  • 1 tablespoon of powder peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar free maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon chocolate chips
  • 1/2 teaspoon of water

Steps:

1. Grind the oats into a powder (by hand or in a food processor)

2. Mix the powder peanut butter and water together to form a paste

3. Mix the oat powder, peanut butter, and maple syrup together in a small bowl

4. Fold in the chocolate chips

5. Enjoy!
